Always with my whole HEART – I have expanded my skill-set for facilitating joy and socio-emotional wellness through creativity and play.
For me – service has been instrumental, I overcame my darkest days and discovered my true purpose in “sharing joy.”
For the past 21 years, I have dedicated myself to spreading joy in various settings like businesses, communities, hospitals, schools, and children’s homes, using the skills I’ve honed on stage and screen. I have created accessible joy tools that encompass all the wisdom I’ve gathered, enabling myself and others to sustain joy.

Nicola is a Zimbabwean-born creative heartist active in Southern Africa and the world. Boldly on a mission to co-create a joyful thriving world. With over 35 years of experience as a professional actor, she has graced the screens of local SA soap opera “Isidingo,” international films, and innovated her own traveling theatre – that pops up at festivals. Her expertise extends to over 21 years of specialising in joy, uplifting emotional wellness of countless individuals.
Nicola brings a fantastic flare and energy to all she creates.
Her clients vary from groups at conferences, to corporations, care givers, and young leaders – across Southern Africa.
Her Innovative Works
Innovative and courageous – she’s the co-creator of the successful not for profit – The UPliftment Programme – actively enthusing emotional wellness programs nationwide since 2004. (www.theup.org.za).
She has dived into various modalities like Laughter, Dance, Play, and Improvisation, and throughout the years – co-created tools curriculum and programs to foster lasting joy.
Her current core focus is being an “Impact Producer”, she has a deck of new programs she has co-created – which are soon to be aired on local and global television, alongside social media.

As a performing heartist, I have dedicated my life to delivering impactful storytelling theatre, keynotes, MCing, and facilitating so many joy-filled experiences. My passion lies in empowering individuals to live joyfully inspired lives. With over 21 years hands-on human experience, I have had the privilege of helping hundreds of people lead happier, healthier, and more proactive lives.
